Online EMDR and online CBT

Online sessions work very much the same as if we were sat in a room together

  • Sessions take place via a secure therapy specific platform (clients do not need to download anything).
  • Sessions last for 1 hour.
  • For online EMDR and CBT a screen bigger that a phone (laptop, tablet or PC) works best and headphones can be helpful too.
